BULK BEANS

Colombia Supremo: We carry the highest grade of Colombian Supremo coffee beans. The Supremo is an excellent coffee for everyday. It is full in body, acidity, and richly flavored with a subtle, slightly nutty taste.

Costa Rica: We source from three growing regions known for their rich volcanic soils and high altitudes. The high, fine acidity and good body are balanced in the cup. The flavor profile may range from apricot and peach-like hints, to a chocolate flavor. This coffee is great for afternoon or evening.

Guatemala: This coffee is unique in its distinct flavor. Guatemalan coffee has what is described as a spicy or smoky taste with a nutty aroma. Guatemalan is the most complex of Central American coffees. The flavor enhances the medium body and rich coffee.

Sumatra: A heavy body, with a delicate sweetness, featuring an earthy aroma, and sweet bouquet. It is sure to please the palate.

Peru: One of the most popular origin coffees. It is roasted to a Full City roast, which brings out the full but smooth taste. It has a nice richness and good body.

Celebes: The bold, full bodied dark roast is a great coffee to enjoy with your favorite chocolate treat. Celebes has an earthy, yet spicy flavor that is sure to delight the palate.

Kona Blend: A smooth exciting taste, blending the sweetness and rich flavor of Kona coffee, with outstanding Central American coffees.

Kenya: This coffee has a bold body and fruity-lemony aroma. This intense coffee has a clear finish.

Ethiopian: This varietal has a wonderful berry aroma, that leads into an intense fruity flavor. One of the most unique tasting coffees.

Panama: Panama has a highly aromatic and excellent refined flavor. It has a very good body, is superbly mild, and is a great everyday coffee.

Vienna Blend: A blend of Central, South American and Indonesian coffees. It is roasted to a semi-dark roast, to create a full bodied and rich cup. A little milder than the French Roast, but stronger than the House Blend.

Italian Roast: This dark roast enjoys a longer, slower roasting process to unlock the syrupy bittersweet combination of flavors. The oils of the bean rise to the surface to create a glossy sheen, distinctive to the European style coffee.

French Roast: The results of our richest beans. It has a creamy, dark, and smooth taste, with a distinctive smoky flavor, and a long aftertaste.

Espresso Elite: Our premiere espresso blend, modeled in the Northern Italy style. This blend has a rich golden crema with intense caramel & chocolate undertones, bringing a sweet finish.

Private Estate Dark Espresso: An exceptionally rich, full bodied coffee in the Southern Italian tradition, with a deep full crema, a smooth tingling and bittersweet chocolate finish. This blend compliments all flavors added for latte or mocha.

House Blend: An amazing combination of coffees from Indonesia and Central America, roasted to a Viennese roast. This coffee has a natural nuttiness and creamy flavor.

Roastmaster's Blend: A blend of Central American, South American and Indonesian coffees. This blend has all the character that brings a bold cup of coffee. We have roasted it between a Full City and Vienna Roast, to bring out the maximum flavor.

Northwest Blend: A complex coffee with great depth of flavor and body. This coffee has some outstanding Central American and South American coffees. We roast it to a Full City roast to bring out the maximum taste profile.
